Privacy Policy
This site is a brochure, not an application. There is no account to create, no form to fill in and no newsletter. Most people read it and leave without us learning anything that identifies them.

Who Is Responsible
DeepTeal L.P., Anastaseos 135, 15669 Papagos, Athens, Greece, GEMI 187239803000, is the data controller for this site. KeelShift is a product of DeepTeal L.P. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything on this page.
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, and have not appointed one. Privacy questions go to the address above and are answered by us.
What We Collect, And Why
Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual technical details of a request: IP address, the page asked for, timestamp, browser and operating system. This happens for every website and is what makes serving a page and defending against abuse possible. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the site securely, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics tells us which pages are read, how people move between them and roughly where in the world they are. It is aggregate, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not attempt to identify anyone from it. Nothing is loaded from Google until you accept. Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time. The Cookie Policy sets out exactly what is stored.
Anything you send us. If you email us or book a call, we hold what you sent: your name, your email address, your company and whatever you chose to write. We use it to answer you and to run the conversation that follows. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, Article 6(1)(f).
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address and which page requested it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a consistent, legible site, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not sell data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not run remarketing on this site.
Client Data Is A Different Thing
If we do work for you, the data you send us for that work is governed by the agreement and the data processing terms we sign with you, not by this policy. In that relationship you are the controller and we are the processor. This page covers visitors to the website only.
Who Else Sees It
- Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps the logs described above.
- Google, if you accepted analytics, and for the font request in every case.
- Calendly, if you use the booking link to schedule a call. That happens on Calendly’s own site under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details.
- Our email provider, which carries correspondence you send us.
Some of these transfer data outside the European Economic Area, principally to the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on Standard Contractual Clauses where it does not apply.
We do not otherwise share visitor data. We would disclose it if the law required us to.
How Long We Keep It
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for its own retention period, which is short and measured in weeks.
- Analytics: retained by Google for 14 months from your last visit, unless you withdraw consent sooner.
- Correspondence: kept for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards for as long as we may need it for our records or to defend a claim. If a conversation goes nowhere, we delete it.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser until you clear it or change it.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it over in a portable form. You can object to processing we base on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Write to [email protected]. We will answer within one month. We do not charge for this, and we will not make it difficult.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifissias 1-3, 11523 Athens, www.dpa.gr, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Automated Decisions
This website makes no automated decisions about you and does no profiling.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
